Do Not Consider Surgery

Let me begin by telling you that surgery can make your penis look about a half an inch longer but it is expensive, up to $10,000 and can cause infections and a deformed penis.

What's more I am yet to see a single surgeon that is willing to give you a money back guarantee should things not turn out as hoped. This makes surgery both expensive and risky.

There are different methods of enlargement surgery, ranging from injecting fat or silicone into the penis for more girth, to cutting the suspensory ligaments of the penis for more visible length.
